All other work is based on a quotation taking into account the individual circumstances of the issue and the work involved. Labour will be charged at the hourly rate as shown below.

Parts and materials are not included in the above Home user or Business rates. An impartial service is provided; parts/software will always be procured at the best price and only once agreed by the customer. For small businesses, a contract agreement is negotiable to provide further savings.

All of the above prices are plus VAT at 17.5%.

Please note that all payments should be received within 30 days of completion of work/date of invoice. 

Hawks Hall Ltd understand and will exercise our statutory right to interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms.
